Hi, I'm Janine — I make AI make sense
I started Xplainery because I kept seeing the same gap: brilliant teams surrounded by powerful AI tools, but unsure how to use them for real, everyday work.
My approach is simple — strip away the hype and the jargon, and focus on the handful of skills that genuinely change how you work. No computer science degree required.
I work with professionals and teams across Europe in English, German and Spanish, blending hands-on practice with a clear-eyed view of GDPR and the EU AI Act.
The goal isn't to turn your team into engineers. It's to make every person a little more capable, every week.
